Crash Champions in Vallejo did an excellent job repairing damage to my rear bumper. Surprised me the most was my car was cleaned inside and out. I was not expecting that, felt like I was driving the car off the Honda lot again all over. Thanks crash champs!! I’ll definitely recommend you guys, Glad USAA has you at the top of their list! Also a side note, I took my car to one of your competitors before just trusting USAA with their recommendation and the other repair shop quoted me about $800 more. I’m from the military, Honor, commitment and integrity is what I look for in a company. You guys are that company with all the values!

The experience would have been better if I got periodic updates instead of having to call every time to inquire on what was going on. Otherwise very polite and gave me great recommendations for what to do regarding another separate issue I had.
