Predictions of completion dates were inaccurate and lead me to purchase another vehicle because of lack of faith in the prediction that had become a month later than the initial prediction. Then, all of a sudden, it was fixed ...after I purchased another vehicle. When I picked up my car the fobs, which worked fine when the car was dropped off, no longer.functioned. Attempts to get Crash Champions to fix them were met with delays, miscommunication and changing stories about Crash Champions' accountability for the problem.

Employees were polite but, overall, communication with me and amongst the employees at Crash Champions regarding my car's issues was lax, lacked follow through and a sense of concern.

Paint was and is damaged at the point of picking up my car. On top of that, they told me my car would be ready one day, and when o show up…the car wasn’t ready. I lost 3 hours of work, the paint job was into areas that were not supposed to be painted. It was just and overall mess…and this is whom my insurance works with. Almost just should have taken it somewhere else.

the repair (bumper replacement) looks excellent and the shop was easy to work with. the front desk was knowledgeable and helpful. easy insurance process as they’re a mercury approved shop. 10/10 recommend.
