I am completely satisfied!! I feel as though the work was done through the heart of love!! Service was beyond my expectation. The staff were very nice and friendly. I really appreciate the cherry on top with the front light which shows excellent customer service from beyond!!! My car looks brand new from the front and the extra touch was my car was cleaned from the inside out. I thought how awesome you all were and I would highly recommend your service to everyone!!!!! I am really for the first time not happy at all regarding the first service I had with the handling of my car and the communication that was not sufficient. This second shop car shop incident was awesome, the insurance and the car shop kept close communication and customer service was awesome. I lost and gave out money to the first shop and they said oh we did not get an answer for your battery and that was my deductible. The continuously lied too much and my car was the for a month and a half . I lost substantial income due to their negligence with being unorganized and the the insurance Deon stopped returning my calls. I even sent a recent email two days ago about the incident and asked for him to return my call and I still have not received a reply or call. I am really frustrated.

Very professional and went above and beyond for me and my vehicle!! The last few days of my repairs, the team even paid for my car rental for me, and on the day of pickup, Jorge sacrificed his time with his family to stay late so that my car would be delivered as promised! Repair was pretty sloppy. Loose rubber/plastic part not securely mounted above door. Did not notice until I heard loud sounds driving on the freeway. I stopped and saw marks on rear passenger window as well as on the paint resulting from the improperly secured plastic. Back seats were wet, dirty and smells like mildew. Back floor was also wet. Speakers go on and off so wires might be incorrectly done. That’s all I’ve noticed so far.
