Before I dropped it off, I mentioned that there was glass still in the middle console, and reminded them again a couple of days later. When I picked it up, it was still there. I understand you guys are slammed this week especially since you are short on staff. Gary is a great person. My mats were also removed by them and not returned in original position. They were in the trunk. This left dirt on the carpet. Not a big problem but wish it was avoided.
