While the staff were polite and accommodating, no one wants to feel slighted by unsatisfactory body work on their vehicle. I take pride in my car and am a careful driver who trusted the shop to restore it to its original condition. Without consistently intervening on my part, I would not have been satisfied with the final outcome.

I wish there had not been so many complications throughout the repair process. While my car was ultimately fixed to my satisfaction, the experience involved ongoing dissatisfaction and repeated communication regarding the work being done.

It took longer than expected, the car was returned wash but the car was still dirty and lastly, there was a couple of paint chips that were not repaired

Crash Champion has done excellent work on my car all 3 times it has been there. My only dissatisfaction was this time because I had to use sick time from work & my car wasn't ready. I couldn't go back to work due to being a vommuter. Staff member was very professional otherwise.
