I’m extremely disappointed with the quality of work I received from this body shop. The parts were not installed properly, and on top of that, the shop caused additional damage—there were noticeable scratches and paint splatter on the plastic trim above both tires. The bumper wasn’t even painted; it was simply replaced, yet somehow the surrounding areas were still affected. What made the experience worse was the condition of my vehicle when it was returned. The interior was filthy, with layers of dust and particles everywhere, even though the work was supposed to be limited to the rear bumper. It showed a clear lack of care. While Will has been responsive and professional, the front desk experience was the opposite. The secretary showed no empathy, no accountability, and very poor customer service, which added frustration to an already disappointing situation. Overall, I expected much better. I left feeling let down, inconvenienced, and unsure about the quality of the work that was actually completed.

The shop is professional, courteous, and expedient. It is very hard to do all three, and all the staff here, including Will, are great at what they do. I am thoroughly pleased with my experience with Crash Champions.

I had a wonderful experience working with Crash Champions. The drop off times during Saturday made it convenient for me. Jay was the staff member that assisted with the drop off. She did an amazing job explaining to me what the process was and explained to me everything she was doing before taking my car. There was a rude customer when she was inspecting my car. I give her so much props for staying professional. She stayed in communication with me after the car was being worked on. I always knew what was happening. Will was the staff member that called me to inform that my car was done being repaired. My overall experience was fantastic. Being able to drop off my rental with Crash Champions made the process much easier. I am very glad I decided to work with Crash Champions.

I initially went in for an estimate they sent it to my insurance company returned a month later for repairs and they claim that I never went in and don’t have my information. Re did the estimate told me to come back in a couple days while they order the parts (this was a Tuesday) called them back Thursday when I can drop my car off they said they haven’t ordered parts yet to bring it in Monday. I called Monday morning to see what time I can go in AGAIN they said they haven’t ordered parts yet. Finally was able to bring my car in and during the week I get a call that the parts were wrong so they have to keep it longer. I get a call friday evening at 6pm that my car is ready but they are closed so to go in Saturday. I get a call Saturday morning asking to go in Monday morning instead because they don’t have my keys! They are locked up and who was there didn’t have the keys to open. I go with my spare key to pick up my car and my check engine light is on
