I initially went in for an estimate they sent it to my insurance company returned a month later for repairs and they claim that I never went in and don’t have my information. Re did the estimate told me to come back in a couple days while they order the parts (this was a Tuesday) called them back Thursday when I can drop my car off they said they haven’t ordered parts yet to bring it in Monday. I called Monday morning to see what time I can go in AGAIN they said they haven’t ordered parts yet. Finally was able to bring my car in and during the week I get a call that the parts were wrong so they have to keep it longer. I get a call friday evening at 6pm that my car is ready but they are closed so to go in Saturday. I get a call Saturday morning asking to go in Monday morning instead because they don’t have my keys! They are locked up and who was there didn’t have the keys to open. I go with my spare key to pick up my car and my check engine light is on

Dakota was great to work with He had to work multiple hours with Vallejo Hyundai to get our car painted based on a recall warranty. Vallejo Hyundai stall the warranty paint for 8 weeks. The entire time Dakota kept me up to date on status to include giving me his personal phone number.

I had a great experience with this shop! They were very fast with the repair, and I really appreciated their attention to detail. When I got my car back, I noticed they had even vacuumed the inside, which was such a nice touch. Friendly, efficient, and thoughtful service. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending them to others

Poor communication to say the least. There was nothing that got completed that was not generated by myself. I had to call to see if my parts were in and heard that they were not ordered. Then I called to see the progress and got two different answers, one that the parts were in and being fitted. My adjuster, just a day later was told that not all the parts were in. Then I got the car back with a broken light pigtail. When I asked they said that they don't fix parts that were not damaged in the accident. They wanted to see the car after I explained that the light was working when I brought it in. Then they had me drop it off only to tell me that the pigtail was corroded. I took the pigtail off and found that one of the prongs were ripped off. Crash Champions said that they didn't have to unplug the light to remove the bumper which was absolute BS!!! There is no way to pull the light through with out unplugging the harness.

The people in the front office (receptionist) were good, the management needs a little help.
