The repair process was well explained by Ari before work started and I was updated regularly as work progressed. It was all finished early because the parts arrived early. I was very pleased that Dan was able to pick me up so I could have my car several days early. My car is now beautiful! I’d like to thank everyone who worked on it, and single out Ari and Stephanie for their efficiency and kindness.

Actual work was very good. Staff are attentive and very nice to deal with. However there was a lot of confusing and inaccurate info provided at the initial appointment as to how things would work with the rental car. Was told work would take two days. Online site said 5. It took 2.
