I understand that the location is sold and going through a lot of changes. But...... I had to follow up on the progress constantly.... I was told I will get an email about the estimate...it never arrived. And when I went to pick up my car.. the battery was drained.. and in 100 degree heat without a car I had to walk around Walnut Creek until they charge the battery. The car should have been checked before I get there. But overall the service man is very kind and I have used Mike's auto many times and will use them again.

The service by Jason was great. There was some confusion at the beginning about timing, etc., with those on the phone and front desk. Then the needed part wasn't available for a month. But that's not Jason's fault. I've been going to Mike Rose for years, so I think there were some transition pains with new company's systems and computers.
