The manager explained to me that they used factory paint on my rear bumper and that although it does currently match the rest of the car, (a concern I raised), that it will once it has oxidized like the rest of the paint on the car.

Crash champions was incredibly quick and thorough with repairing my car. The front desk staff were great with getting me an appointment quickly and communicating the process. They also worked directly with my insurance which made it faster for me.

After finally picking it up after two weeks, I had to bring it back because my automatic tailgate would not open. But when I brought it back, they fixed it within a half an hour so I was happy with that.

Very friendly staff. Was kept up to date all week, about how the repair was going. When they returned my car to me, it was detailed. Had an issue with my windshield on the inside. Explained the situation to the staff. No one has been able to address the problem. When I picked the car up the windshield was a lot better. Hopefully, I won’t need their service again. If I ever do I would use Crash Champions again.
