There were a number of delays the extended the repair time by 10 days. There appeared to be lack of communication from ‘the boss’ to the manager who was my contact for updates.

We rushed to get our car in for an estimate on Dec 16th to be sure the part was ordered. Crash Champions did nothing for 2 weeks, when we called back for an update. They had lost the order due to employee problems. At least they fixed the damage very promptly from there on. Employee Dustin was very good.
