I would have been more satisfied if they had just kept the car in the shop until it was completely fixed and drivable. The added stress of getting a messed up car back and then having to call to ensure the tow truck came to help me was infuriating.

While the front desk woman was very sympathetic and great, the actual service was far below standard. I was given my car back and told there were some other parts that needed to be added but the car would be drivable in the meantime. WRONG. I was unable to CLOSE the driver side door after using it (SAFETY ISSUE right there) and then THAT resulted in the battery dying! After being promised that the tow truck would assist me promptly, that was also a lie. After an unsuccessful attempt at reviving the battery, I was then told I need a new battery. Would I use this company again? NEVER.

You guys did an amazing job! Not only with the car repairs, but the personalized touches were greatly appreciated and make all the difference. For example: 1. After I set the appointment, you gave me a call to remind me of the upcoming appointment. 2. When the car was at your shop you give me multiple calls to update me on the status and what was done and what still needed to be done. 3. When I dropped my car off, you provided me with a ride to Enterprise. 4. I really appreciated when I came back to pick up the car, you guys totally took over the rental car return process. I didn’t even have to bring the car back because you took care of it. The partnership you have with Enterprise (and other rental car companies) provide a one stop shop for the entire process. VERY good partnership! Everyone I interacted with was extremely nice, informative and helpful. Great job to all and keep up the good work!!!!

To the best of my knowledge, gained from very competent people as Crash Champions, I am most satisfied that not just a good, but a complete and thorough job has been done in repairing our new Mercedes Benz GLC 300 SUV; restoring it to "like new" fashion. Thank you ALL!

The receptionist was very helpfuland responsive. I was annoayed that I wasn't notified when the parts were ready. I had to call in to find out. I was also annoyed that I wasn't notified when my car repair was finished. I had to call in to find that out as well. There were some scratches on the car trunk door that I am sure were not there before, but I chose not to complain.
