Crash Champions were so easy to work with. I appreciated their communication about the status of repairs and keeping me in the loop. They made getting my car repaired so easy. My car looks even better than it did before it got hit. I am so thankful my coworker recommended them. Aliyah was so knowledgeable and informative. Her calm demeanor and patience was the energy that I needed during a stressful situation. JJ was very helpful and kept me informed throughout the whole process. I am so impressed with the paint job. My partner and I are both shocked at the paint match and blending on the car. I can’t tell where the old paint ends and the new paint begins. Flawless. And they even vacuumed and wiped down the inside of my car. They definitely gave me back my car better than they found it (and better than it looked before the accident).

As I said in my first comment, I love Crash champions. It is totally confident in their ability to repair my car on time. They handled everything professionally and kept me in the loop on every stage of my repair. The people were very kind, very helpful. I'm very knowledgeable.

This was the best experience I ever had with a car repair. Not that I had a whole lot but they were so respectful of me and went out of their way to make sure I was contacted every step of the way through my repair. They made thorough arrangements for my car to get to the shop for me to get on a car rental and my car rental return. They were very accommodating and I'm very happy with them. I will go to them if I ever have another problem and I would highly recommend them to anybody who has it body work to be done.

Exceptional courtesy and efficiency in handling the repairs and explaining the process to me, along with working very well with my insurance company, USAA and their appraisal. Kept me posted via text every day of their progress, and returned the 20 year old Volkswagen detailed clean and shiny, like new!!! Over and above of what I had expected, I could not be happier.
