The customer service was good. There was a moment where I knew my car had sat in a shop for a week given that I was told my car had just got to this shop and was told the same thing a week prior. No biggie since it’s insurance however this is the only reason I would come back again. I do appreciate the updates from customer service

They told me it would probably be finished in about two weeks. It took them almost a month to finish it. They didn't keep me updated as to when it would be finished. The messages with the links are always wrong, and they didn't communicate that clearly from the beginning. They are friendly and nice.

While I was initially concerned about the repairs that needed to be done to my vehicle , crash champion without a doubt put to concerns at ease. The final result of the rapids done to my Jeep were beyond satisfying, they did a way better job than I expected, not only that but they were kind enough to clean and detail the inside of my vehicle, I give crash champions 10/10 and highly recommend them to everyone, They can definitely expect me to come back to them for any vehicle related repairs. Crash champions went above and beyond for me, they were professional, did a great job Communicating through your the whole process and made my car look brand new again. I have even token the liberty of showing of how incredible well my car looks after the accident and many people have asked me for their number and place of business location information, which I eagerly passed forward.

Everyone was very knowledgeable and friendly. This was my first experience with having body work done so I was dismayed at how long it takes. They were patient with my newbie frustration and I realize now that they completed in quicker than average time for this type of repair. It looks great!
