I was very pleased from beginning to end- I didn’t give a 10 cuz of the random texts not sent by the gal at the shop but that are automatically generated with dates extending the repair- Emily looked into it and told me those are automatically generated by a 3rd party- they are unnecessary if the shop is sending me text updates that are indeed very helpful.
