Their update texting system is a little on the fritz but I called and was able to talk to someone. The two ladies in the front office at the Grady Way location were professional, knowledgeable, and very pleasant big thanks to them both

I'm beyond satisfied with the work done on my Jeep. And I will highly recommend Crash Champions to friends and family. One main reason for future recommendations is due to Lesllie Perez. She kept me updated throughout the process and in this day and age where customer service is rare, she excelled. I liked they put a new rear end bumper, and a new tire and rim cover.
