This experience with Crash Champions was the least stressful of all the different auto body shops that I have had to deal with in the past (at least 5 in the last 5 years). I will definitely be using Crash Champions for my auto body needs in the future.

Excellent customer oriented service. They even got my rental car back and took directly to the rental agency on my behalf. The only thing i am about to file a complaint is that while fixing the car they wrong the letters RC in the hiod of my car and the stain remain there even after they try to clean. I haven’t got in touch with the shop yet for lack of timing. But i will and lets see what they gonna say about that.

They did a great job on the repairs, my only concern was I told them that the back left tire was losing air. Come to find out a guess there was a nail in it. They told me they would fix it also. When I got the invoice I didnt see the tire repair on it, but they told me they would fix it. So I believed them at their word (my mistake). When I got the car back the told me they fixed everything and got the nail out also. 2 days later my tire is losing air again. I called back to let them know and they told me they took the nail out but didn't fix the tire and I could got to the store and buy a tire kit to fix it myself. I thanked them for the advice and hung up the phone. Moral of the story is get everything in writing because clear u cant trust this company at their word

I would recommend but with a caveat. They did a good job, but it took 29 days. It was a rigmarole of, we ordered the mirror, but it came without the cover, or without the mirror itself, or “we had to order the blinker separately”. Every time it would delay the completion by a few days.
