After 3 attempts to replace and install my front bumper at a nearby crash champions location, Ryan Welsh and the Pinole location have done an amazing job and the bumper now looks perfect!

Initially, my advisor was nice and professional but when his assignment was changed, he did not call me to let me know that someone has been assigned to my case. I called many times before I found out that was the case.

When the receptionist is on the phone one has to wait not for a short time before you get someone to attend to you but as much as 15 minutes. This happened to me each time I was there except on the first day.

The car was supposed to be ready in about a week. It took over two, and I wish more realistic expectations would be set, as I signed up for extra insurance for the rental car cause I thought it would only be a few days. When it became evident, it would be quite a bit longer, I was forced to take off of work and going to Enterprise Rental Car to drop the additional coverage because they wouldn’t do it over the phone. In fairness, I don’t know how much of this was in crash, champions control. If this hadn’t occurred, I would’ve given them at 10. The front office and management were very courteous and professional, which was appreciated.

All of the staff was so friendly! I have a toddler so I was embarrassed with all of the crumbs left under his car seat. They washed and cleaned my car for me. Words can’t explain my appreciation!
