I don't want to be contacted by a representative. I was very disappointed by your customer service representative Haley. Besides the fact that my car was not ready on the day promised; your website was showing that the car was ready and picked up on the new later day I was waiting for my call from her - when I called the Pinole location phone number, I was diverted to voicemail several times and I had to call a friend to drive me to the repair shop; where I was rudely told by Ms. Haley that my car was not ready yet. This woman needs to go to a customer service training course in order to learn some basic people skills. Either that or keep her away from the public, or you won't have any repeat customers. I also don't think I should have been charged an extra $761.on top of my estimate for a bracket for the headlight, and I am going to be discussing this with my insurance company. Aside from this, the quality of the work was excellent.

We took the car to the Crash Champions in Richmond California for an estimate and after a number of phone call on my part we finally received the more than a week after taking it in. We then took the estimate to Crash Champions in Pinole, California and they did an excellent job. Will never go back to the Richmond office.

The service from the advisors was fine but the work done to my vehicle was not. Yes, the damage to my vehicle was fixed, but the work was lazily done it seems like. There was also a few meticulous parts/installations added to the bill that were not done. Missing small pieces on the interior of my car after pickup and also the driver door doesn’t open from the inside. All-in-all, I just think the work could’ve been done a lot better with the time my vehicle was at the shop and I am disappointed in the work.

After discussing specific expectations it took a visit to make sure expectation item were followed, as they weren’t. Headlights were not adjusted properly and I was getting people blinded and angry at night. The rest of the workmanship appears to be ok.
