Great job. Exceeded expectations quick friendly service at an affordable price. We needed the electronic release cable for the rear hatch replaced on our Subaru.

Mostly disappointed with the customer service provided. I had to call to get updates and never felt like i got a straight answer. Turns out the employee handling my account was out of office for an extended period of time and it seems nobody took ownership of her projects while out leading. me to believe management is unaware or just doesnt care. My vehicle was at this facility from February to May with little to know communication throughout that time. To make matters worse my insurance company would not approve repairs with readily available parts, but thats a review for them. Back when this was Crocketts Auto/Body Repair the service was nothing short of amazing. Sad to see such a big name company have such bad service, not surprising I suppose, but sad nonetheless.

Customer service reached out to me early to schedule the appointment and was wonderful to work with. Customer service at the shop was also excellent. I dealt with one representative for all my repair needs and questions. She was very knowledgeable about the body repairs and promptly provided detailed estimates and answered all of my questions.
