It was overall very excellent service. The only difficulty was lack of clarity between you with my insurance company as to the insurance company’s waiver of my deductible. I had to clarify this several times but it all got straightened out. I really appreciated the phone calls I received updating me on status of the repair and when it would be ready. Thank you.
