Would have been a 10, repair was excellent, customer service great, just had to bring it back because window was not adjusted correctly causing air leak. Brought it back and it was fixed within 10 minutes. Great working with Chris.

I could have said 9 because I really would have chosen not to have to had my car repaired at all, but such is life. So I was unhappy from the get-go, but they were so professional and the work was done in one day, as promised, and turned out honestly better than I expected. They called me during the day to give me updates, and BONUS, they detailed my car, inside and out!

For the reasons I listed before, I am completely satisfied. The receptionist was such a friendly person, and my claim handler was Ms Flores and she completely delivered on what she said. Two thumbs up. When I was leaving, I joked that I hoped I would never see them again, and the answer back to me was: But if you ever need us again, we are here. That was actually reassuring.
