Crash Champions was thorough in their repair, found more damaged parts that needed replacing that insurance did not include in their assessment and worked with insurance to get these covered. After the repair, the car looked as if it never got into an accident. They also have a lifetime guarantee so they stand by the quality of their work.

The Willows Redmond team was very helpful in guiding me through the process of dealing with my car repair, from working with the insurance to getting my rental car. I got prompt updates as well and got my car back within a reasonable amount of time. It also helped that they are certified to repair with my car's brand and was recommended by my car's dealer.

Was very glad Ryon was on my side with the use of new OEM parts on my 2020 s5 repairs. There were some minor things to be touched up when picking up the vehicle, but they were helpful to remedy those, and the car has been great since! Would recommend them.

All and all it was an amazing experience the only reason not a 10 had more to do with delays on insurer side and not Crash Champions
