I am not sure at this point since the repair has issues. If the issue can be resolved quickly this week I would be more inclined to recommend.

I noticed a wind/howling sound from the door that was replaced/repaired when driving at highway speed. The door is also significantly more difficult to close (compared to before repair and to all 3 other doors). Tobey has been very responsive when I reported this issue but is still working on resolving this issue. I would rate the repair quality a solid 8-9 if this issue can be quickly resolved this week.

Front desk and repair staff have been responsive when I reach out. It would be a perfect 10/10 if a more accurate time estimate, or an update on status (either via staff reaching out or online) so I know if repair is still on track would be very helpful. I am paying for car rental daily during the repair and need to know when to return the rental car.

Although the repair took over 40 days to complete due to unforeseen events of illnesses and insurance conflicts, Tobey stayed on top of the progress and was kind and professional throughout the process.
