I would say it's a gamble. It is the only Porsche approved shop in town, but you would potentially have to experience abysmal customer service and some minor damages. But again, it is Porsche approved - so honestly, I am not sure. For my friends who do not drive a Porsche, I don't think I will refer.

Sadly, I was hoping the quality of the repair would be phenomenal, seeing how it is a Porsche Approved shop, but that also fell short of expectations. There are a couple of spots where paint has been chipped where the replaced panel took place. I’ve emailed about requesting simple paint touch-ups to hide it. I haven’t heard back. To be fair, I did send it this morning. Do I think my email will fall on deaf ears? Most likely yes, given what I’ve seen so far. I am not a high maintenance customer and I know unexpected things happen. It’s disappointing, however, when a business completely ignores customer satisfaction entirely (more on this later).

The repair has been a frustrating and unpredictable process with miscommunications between the insurance company and the team at Crash Champions. Most likely it was because of the recent ownership transition from Queen City Auto Rebuild. However, customer service could vastly improve. They should at least not keep the customer in the dark for weeks when no progress is being made.

My car is beautiful inside and out. It took a while to get the appointment and also trying to get a hold of anybody on the phone. A lot of hold times but I understand you’re busy. Everything else works great. Thank you.

Queen City auto has always been a top notch shop and all my friends at pca sing their praises. It has new ownership and as of now I feel they are keeping in line with the quality of the prior owners but I have noticed there are way more cars there than before and I hope that the increased work load doesn’t dilute the quality of their work going forward.

Ryen is the best - informative, honest and a car guy at heart, he understood what the car meant to me and worked hard to make sure I was treated fairly.

People know Queen City Auto. Too bad you could not keep the name even with new ownership. Crash Champions is not a great name.
