I would only recommend if they only talk Trip or Yev and by pass the front desk who has no clue of what is happening with the vehicle. It would seem like it would not be that difficult for her near the end of the day to.walk around and get a small status with her own eyes. As the front line to your customers I would expect excellence out that person and to be the most informed person in the building as to what is occurring on customers vehicles
