All the staff were so friendly and personable. They made you feel welcome. I appreciated being able to easily call and talk to a real person right away without going through 10 minutes of frustrating AI circles like many firms. They did excellent work. Car looks like new.

Everyone was extremely helpful and courteous and did a fabulous job on repairing the damage that was done to my car a big thank you to Angelo at the lake of the Hill shop who spotted more damage than I thought I had on my car in order for my car to get repaired right away Angelo sent it to the McHenry shop to to rob who was able to start the repairs right away rob and his team did a fabulous job making my car look brand new again thank you Crash champion for everything.
