I would highly recommend them to anyone. I have dealt with body shops in the past and some of them are shady, that’s not the case here. There were no cost overruns or excuses why it was going to cost extra. They kept their word.

The body work done to my truck required no new panels. It was entirely straightening and dent removal. In many body shops that is a lost art, but not at this shop. Lastly the paint work was perfect, along with the paint match and luster. That’s not easy to do on a vehicle that is twelve years old.

Customer service was prompt and friendly. I stopped in to have them look at the damage and see if it was fixable. Thirty minutes later I had an estimate and was on my way. Everyone was friendly and there were no surprises.

I've been using them for over 20 years, I have had nothing but a great experience every time I have needed to use them!! Rick has been there as long as I been needing there services. He and his team have always done great work on anything I've needed. This repair was especially awesome as it was an incident that had happened yesterday. I reached out today in the morning and spoke with Julie who was very pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable. I asked if Rick was in,and he was [I've known him for over 20 years]. She got him on the phone and told me to bring it in to look at it. I brought it in 20 minutes later and he was confident he could fix it today or tomorrow if I couldn't get it in today. He was also confident they should be able to get it fixed like new. I dropped it off about 40 minutes later and a few hours later they called and said it was done and looked great. I picked it up shortly after that and they had just pulled it out and Joel was out in the parking lot drying and wiping it down while I was paying the bill. I went out to inspect the repair and, they were correct. I couldn't see a single mark on the car after Joel had repaired the car. I thanked him Julie and Rick for another wonderful job done the fact they fixed it like new in a day without an appointment or having to bring it back or leave it for more than a day is unheard of!!! They are the best around town, always. Great job by all of you! Thank you Julie, Rick ,and also Joel ! For ever grateful for the great service and especially the quality of the repair!

I went in for an issue that just happened and they addressed the situation and said they could take care of it that day if I wanted to. That was awesome. From the start of my interaction with the Crash Champions, speaking with Julie to help get me in contact with Rick who I have known for over 20 years. And he saying to bring it in right away to look at it, then advising me to leave it the same day or the next day would be fine. Then being able to leave it for the day, getting a call 4 hours later and saying it was done and looked great .Meeting Joel who fixed it and thanked him for the great work was amazing. Great job by them all!

Everyone was was very kind and compassionate. I believe the young ladie, Laurie was her name and Melissa we're very helpful. The gentlemen who helped repair the car were great. I can't remember the gentleman we spoke with when we picked up the car, but I believe it was the manager. He was very attentive and asked if there was anything we needed they would be happy to help. They were able to locate the exact year model make color of our door that needed to be replaced. Considering it was a 2007 make, that was impressive. They did an amazing job. I would totally recommend this site.

Great experience. Staff was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. The other party to our collision was paying the full cost, and I was not sure how to proceed. Rob walked me through what needed to be done. The work was exceptional. Looks like a brand new car. They also met the timetable they had estimated to me prior to the work starting which allowed me to make arrangements for pickup a week ahead of time, thus alleviating the stress of having to do last minute scheduling with work and family obligations. It was such a smooth operation and I truly felt like they were there to help me however they could.
