I can’t really recommend a business where customer service is important and little or no communication is provided.

They had the vehicle for a long time for what needed to be done. There is damage on a part that wasn’t removed that the estimator said was from the factory. I also was never given a reason why, when there were two small scratches on the hood that the hood had to be removed, as well as the quarter panel instead of doing a slight buffing of the damaged area and repainting. The vehicle could have been taped up.

They were very nice but there was a lack of communication. The estimator told me at the time of drop off that they would call me that day to give a time estimate to get it completed. I had to call several days later and was again told that I would be getting a call. The calls never happened.

Although it took time to get my vehicle in the shop to do the work due to multiple understandable elements, the customer service from the estimates, (thank you Trevor!) the office workers, and other staff is truly outstanding.They go beyond and it is appreciated. The actual work is amazing. My vehicle has new life.

I got my bumper replaced at crash champions on my Subaru after being rear ended. I worked with Trevor who was very nice and was sure to explain the process. They got me in pretty quickly for an estimate and it was about three weeks or so and my car was being fixed. I received daily text messages updating me the status and the estimate wait time was actually cut in half and I got a text to come pick it up over a week early. When I got there my car looked absolutely brand new! My bumper looks amazing, not only that they vacuumed and washed it as well. I was very happy with my experience. Oh and I can’t forget to mention how sweet the lady at the front one desk is as well!

I have always been extremely satisfied with Bradys so I wasn't really sure how this was going to go under the new owners. I am very happy to report that I am extremely happy with the job done. Plus going the extra mile cleaning my car out ot looks totally new. I hope I don't have to see you again anytime soon but if I need a car repair you have me still as a life time customer and I will refer you to others.
