The moment I walked into the office at the Pharr location, I was greater with great enthusiasm. The front receptionist was very helpful and explained the process in great detail. I also met the manager which was very attentive to my issues with my car. My overall experience was amazing and I will definitely recommend CARSTAR to my friends and coworkers.

10. Why 10? They worked fast on my 23 Sienna. They were able to get the Tail light overnight, installed and back to me in a couple of days (insurance involved). CS was able to get an EOM approved by insurance and not an aftermarket tail light which is a plus. Thank you for your hard work and dedication to get the vehicle back to me ASAP.

I am satisfied with Carstar's work. It may take a few days longer than it should, but the work is very well done and garantes. The manager, Joe Cantu, is very attentive and always willing to assist. They fixed my two-tone truck and it looks like it had never had a crash.
