There was a lack of communication as far as the progress of the repair and completion date. I had to go in person to get a firm date. In the end the repair was not completed on the promised date.

Very dissatisfied. The car was returned in a very bad state. It was driven back to the residence having both radiator fans broken and off the clips. Battery cables were completely disconnected. This was never mentioned at the time the had the car ready to be taken. The owner of the car, an elderly man was exposed to danger when he was riding along with an employee having two fans broken. Car was overheated when they arrived to the customer’s resisdence.

The parts took a long time to arrive. But once they did, the shop did a great job replacing the parts and matching the paint color. My car looks and drives great!

I would not recommend carstar for PDR services since they use a third party people/company.

I took my challenger 2022 with hail dents, carstar uses a 3rd party for PDR services. All dents were repaired but my car now has deep scratches it never had. My car is only 6 months old it had zero scratches.

When I told them about my scratches on the car they told me they would look at the pictures that were taking before it was worked on. I never recived a call on that. Yes the scratches were touch-up up but they are still visible I could of probably done a better job. I think they just wanted me out of there like they knew the scratches were bad.
