Furthermore, upon receiving my vehicle I noticed some damage to the vehicle that was not there when brought to the shop. Without hesitation, I was informed that they would make it a priority to fix the damage. I was even provided with a rental car at no cost to me. My only suggestion is that prior to customers picking up their vehicles I’d take the time to look over both the exterior and interior of the vehicles and also detail them. This used to be done in past 25-30 years that I have brought my vehicles to Turnpike Motors for any necessary repairs."
