My Google review: Body work covered by insurance after an accident brought me to them…exceptional service, flawless communication, and being well taken care of care of from start to finish will bring me back. At every point in this headache of a process, DFWCollision did their absolute best to make sure their piece of it went smoothly and was handled professionally. I always knew what was happening and what to expect next. They communicated with me thoroughly but never talked down to me (if you’re a woman who’s ever needed car help you know what I mean). I hope I never need them again, but if I do, I won’t stress about the body work part of a car problem. Thanks guys, that was great.
