Work was done very well but communication was very very poor , I had to txt and call every time with limited response and bad expectation setting. Finally I had to call my contacts ie senior leadership at BHA to get DFW collision to get back to me Probably won’t use them in the future

Communication was great so I knew exactly how long to expect the job to take and I knew why it would take that long. The work was finished a little earlier than expected so that was great too. The car looks fantastic and I am totally satisfied with the job. Thanks!

Over a month before we could even bring car in to start repairs. Difficulty scheduling the time for the repairs due not answering calls. . Gave us initially an incorrect time window for repairs.

After I dropped off my vehicle, I have never heard from the shop about the status of my car. The insurance adjuster let me know the approximate date of completion and I waited. However, until the completion date, no communication what so ever. I have called and left 3 messages, 1 message per day because he stated in the voicemail greeting that don’t leave the multiple messages. I understand you are busy however I expected the call back within 24 hours. He said he had wrong number in the file but I left 3 messages with correct number. Just lack of communication and I am not happy at all.
