Our overall experience at DFW Collision Center was excellent. We had already contacted other collision centers that State Farm recommended. But from our first call, it was a much different experience at DFW Collision. We talked with Chet Smith, and he went out of his way to make us feel at ease and patiently answered all our questions. When I told him our car was undrivable, he did his best to see us as soon as possible. When we arrived, he gave us lots of time and explained the process. All of his time and cost estimates were spot on, and he kept us updated throughout the repair process. But more importantly, we could tell he actually cared about giving us excellent customer service. The final repairs were terrific, and after dealing with DFW Collision Center and specifically Chet Smith, we are now customers for life. The repair is superb. The only way one would know where the damage was is where the paint is too good to be true. The only reason my rating is9 and not 10 is that time estimate was three weeks and it took5 weeks to the day.

1. Very poor communication. 2. Estimated timer for repair was three times longer than suggested. Three weeks to fix a bumper??. 3. When I picked my vehicle up, my back up camera no longer works. Neither do the controls for radio and navigation on my steering wheel.

Kevin has been incredibly helpful even after multiple delays with our car repair, however we are frustrated that we discovered yesterday the seat controls for the captains chair (second row drivers side) are not functioning at all, which seems to be related to work that was done on that side of the car. We have not heard back from Kevin yet on this issue, but hoping we can get it resolved soon.
