There’s dirt under the paint. The trim on the door was put on crooked. There is glue residue left behind from the mirror being attached to the door. The trim on the fender was not secured properly. An ornamental decoration that was on the interior rear view mirror was hit during the detail cleaning process this has put two chips in the mirror that will be a very expensive repair. I would not suggest anyone go to Diehl for repairs.

All communication was good leading up to my drop off, and they were very good at reaching out to me to schedule the appt. When it was time to pickup my car, I did call them to check in it was the end of the week at 2pm and was told it was just being finished and I should pick up my car by 5 if I didn’t want to get charged the extra rental car fee. I was going out of town and wasn’t able to do this and worried about accruing the extra cost. I wish this piece had been communicated earlier on. However, once I could pickup on Monday, i realized I hadn’t been charged any extra fees so that was good. Greg was very personable, helpful and communicative about the repair process and how one piece they ordered didn’t come in so they were going to let me know asap and have me stop in for brief appointment later. Although that isn’t ideal, that wasn’t their fault so I felt like they handled it well.
