Our daughter’s car was stolen, and it needed repairs done to it. The extra effort your team made was very appreciated. The evaluation of the repairs needed and the repairs made were very thorough. We wanted to get new tires on the car for our daughter, which was outside of the scope of what needed done through the insurance company, and what you were getting paid for. Greg had the vehicle taken to the shop you use, the tires were installed for us, and your shop also checked the alignment on it. This was very much appreciated by us! Making sure the car was safe when returned to our daughter was a big concern for us. Thanks to the efforts of your crew, we have every confidence her car is in great shape! Thank you!
