This was a great customer service experience. The repair was scheduled on a time basis. They were able to start work right away and got the work done quickly, John the representative did such an excellent job calling me to keep me updated. We worked with James on a 2020 Fusion. He was very professional and knowledgeable. The process was smooth and easy and the car was ready to go and fixed a good amount of time before the expected day.
