My expertise might have been outside of the “norm” for Dingman’s, however the inconvenience and hassle that was experienced was enough to feel disheartened.

There is a rather large ding on the passenger side door that wasn’t there when I dropped off my vehicle.

My experience was that Dingman’s and my insurance company could not expeditiously resolve issues. It seemed that Dingman’s could not move forward in a smooth manor. As a customer, I was inconvenienced and incurred extra out of pocket expenses, due to the inability of the insurance and repair shop to work out their differences.
