The repair work was great. The process was not so great.

When I finally got to someone, it was good, but long wait times and an AI answered phone that left me with no answers for days on follow up questions that I had. Also, left me without a car for 3 more days as I was not able to get a hold of anyone - and messages I left went unanswered.
