I did have a special request while my auto was in the shop. I asked if my back seat could be cleaned before I picked up the car. I spoke to 2 different people about this, but when I picked up my car it was not done. Holly did immediately ask s service man to do it and it was done immediately; however, when I got home and it dried the dirt was still there. The young man did say that I could bring it back, but just have not had the time to do so!
