Scheduling was easy, but the lack of communication between employees and the customer could have definitely been improved.

Very unsatisfied with how customer service was. Reason being is when I contacted D&S back in early february everything was great. Once my truck showed up to get repaired, things changed from what was said was being done to what we decided was being done.

Looks good but had issues with door function after repair and had to bring it back but it was rectified quickly

The repair work was great. It did take five full weeks to complete which seems like several weeks too many. But I really appreciate the D&S worked very hard to complete the work just before my insurance would stop paying for my rental car. Thank you very much. Much appreciated.

I had to contact them after 8 days to know the status of my car and after that they sent me a weekly text, my car was there longer than expected it was there for more than 4 weeks. When I turned my car into Mercedes( my lease was up) there was a metal piece in the back wrapped up, never installed on the back Other than that everyone was friendly and helpful and the car rental was extremely easy
