Need better communication instead of text messaging. Nobody called regarding turning in the rental car. Nobody called regarding when the car was to be ready and when the car was supposed to be ready it was delayed

I was given an estimated date of completion five or six times it was inconvenient to keep thinking that my car was going to be ready and then told the next day oops it's not going to be ready and then given another date and it still wasn't ready. They need to do a better job with an estimation of completion. Also I got my car back today and I think it's misaligned it's pulling to the left and after having my car for a month I'm really very surprised it should be in perfect working order and now I'm not sure what to do
