Had a great experience and would definitely recommend, especially for Tesla repair. Pricing was competitive, customer service was on point and communication was consistent. Chris the manager was extremely helpful regarding my unique circumstances and was patient with me, answering all of my questions and following up to ensure I was happy with the repairs afterward. Truly satisfactory experience for something that could have been incredibly stressful. Alexis and her team helped me understand the invoice at the end and educated me on warranty/expectations. They were professional, cordial and it was a seamless pickup process. Thank you again!!

Knowing that the estimate from the adjuster was available prior to me dropping off the car, having parts ordered and ready so it wasn’t almost three weeks would have been helpful. We also understand that getting parts is something out of a certain realm of control. Chris and his team were always kind and helpful. They worked with us and understood the importance of having the car back.

I will jump to the conclusions of my experience now! When Chris of Better Collision walked me out to my Volkswagen ID.4, my very initial excitement was extraordinary! The excitement I experienced was just like I had experienced when I saw this car on the dealers lot for the first time. I had to have this vehicle, but In this case, I had to have this vehicle back! Then I saw all the other EV's that were ready for pickup, then I said to myself "I would love to purchase asy of them!" A kid in a candy store.

Initial interaction with Secretary or someone who was extremely rude to me. Main contact there would repeatedly tell me he’s going to get back to me on a certain day then never call me. At one point claimed that he’d been calling the wrong number for 4 days which was after the date he promised to call. Repair took over a month. Now my Bluetooth is acting up, car is pulling to the right and trunk doesn’t close properly. Calling the shop tomorrow to try for a resolution.
