Chris and Mason were extremely professional and helpful throughout the process. I appreciated the frequent updates on the status of my vehicle. In addition, at one point I was ran into a delay with the insurance company related to a rental car and Mason volunteered to call them to provide them with context. Taking ownership was really great service and I appreciate it. While I hope I don’t need collision repair services again, I know who I want to work with if I do.

My car still needs a part replaced. The damage was caused by the shop. And only said he didn't know when the car will come in. I felt like I was being blowing off and the part will not be repaired

Mason was stellar and was highly communicative during the entire process. There was a slight issue with the alignment that is still being addressed but even with this the repair quality is very high and the support I feel from better collision is the best I’ve experienced

Overall amazing experience. John V, has very professional etiquette and customer service skill set. He reassured me from the day that I walked in the door that they would take up most care of my Tesla and they went above and beyond to do so. I received updates daily via telephone calls or text in regards to the status updates of my vehicle. Communication was always open and they expedited my car 7 days ahead of the estimated date. Upon pickup everything was stellar I have absolutely no complaints and would recommend this shop to any and everyone!!!!! If you are looking for Stellar professionalism with good customer service etiquette as well as overall professionalism this is the place you want to take your vehicle. I took my other Tesla to Hendrick Collision Center on Savannah Highway they had it less than 48 hours and totaled my vehicle. I should have stuck with even better Collision all along as they are a small family-owned business versus a major retailer that gives absolutely no thoughts in regards to their customer or their assets, respectfully.
