This would have been a 10 but one of the interior features of my car that controls the electronics no longer works since I picked up my car. Fairfax Collision is not sure how or why it is now broken.

Very impressed with the professionalism displayed by everyone I came in contact with; very friendly atmosphere. I am concerned though with the prevailing toxic fumes in the front office that the employees have to endure. That can't be healthy over a long period of time. This really should be looked into.

The only issue that I had, and it's not major would be communication. During the initial talk I had asked to be advised of all work prior to starting and to go over used parts vs. new parts. That didn't happen. I am very happy with the work, and don't have an issue with anything, but that is the reason for a 9 and not a 10.
