Your team was always aware of the status of my vehicle repair whenever I called to inquire, however I wish the status would have been more proactively communicated, i.e. you e-mailing or calling me versus me having to contact you for a daily update.

My car looks better than before it was hit. In addition to the repair they vacuumed the inside of the car for me and cleaned the foggy-ness of my headlights. And they gave me extra touch-up paint.

They were wonderful to work with - competent, responsive, polite, accomodating. They were able to repair a vehicle a day earlier for me to leave town and they were wonderful about sending me updates via text and email every day on the status of my car.
