Carstar should let me know and checking out before putting in the after market parts. As a result, the parts did not fit well and the bumper look ugly. I have to call Progressive to correct the issues.

You guys are attentive, communicate well & professional! Starting with the ladies out front who greeted us ... to Abe and the entire team who worked on our damaged car ... and returned it to a 'like new' condition when we bought it years ago. Abe especially gets a TOP rating from initial 6/1/2'26 estimate-to-pick-up/return on Wednesday 6/10/2'26, explaining everything fully and Abe & Karla keeping us updated during the entire repair process.
