The lady who was there on 9/15 around 6 pm was rude and miserable, didn’t even say hi and just stared and said “can i help you?” After i greeted myself and asked how her day was.

Jenn was good. She listened to my concerns, and stayed in contact. One thing I asked for during the process was time to process the scope of work and changes that came along the way. I like to make informed decisions and not feel pressured to make immediate decisions at times. She worked with this request and was able to get the work done.

I am totally satisfied with the personnel. When the work was completed on my car, the system sent me a message the vehicle is ready for pickup. It wasn't...it needed to be cleaned up yet.

Car was not done on date they said it would. Had to rent a car 3 extra days. Windshield is a mess with streaks I cannot get clean. They said they would talk to mgr and get back to me. Never received call. Put a chrome bumper top on back bumper. When I brought it in, it all matched black. Hard to see driving at night now when headlights hit windshield.

The service was excellent. I was kept informed on the status of my repairs. Everyone was very helpful. They also had my rental returned to enterprise so I didn’t have to make an extra stop. It was a very good experience

I was extremely impressed with the quality and service that I received. And thankful that I got my car back cleaner than when I brought my car in. It was vacuumed and it even seemed like my windows where cleaned too . I didn’t have any time to do that before I dropped my car off . In my experience I give your establishment an 10 1/2 . Thank you so much and in the recent past your service has gotten even better. I will definitely bring my vehicles back to your establishment if I need your services in the future.
