When I arrived for my appointment that morning the girl at the front desk was so polite and very friendly and got my car straight in to be fixed. My car was fixed within half an hour. I was so surprised and so satisfied. The work on my car was absolutely great. It looked wonderful when I went outside to look at it after you guys were done. I would absolutely recommend y'all to everybody. Thank you so much for fixing my car. It was greatly appreciated and if I ever need anyone to do body work on my car again I will recommend y'all and I will absolutely be back. Thank you so much!

I'm in a quandary answering this question. We had repairs done several years ago and both the communication and the repair work was stellar. I have recommended them to others in the past and I chose this repair shop to have this insurance covered repair done. This repair has left me questioning whether I, personally, would return or whether I should recommend to others.

First told repairs would take a "few" days. When I dropped off said it would be 10 days. Then when 10 days was up had not been notified of delay to schedule of additional days until I called. Day before said it was "on schedule". We did appreciate the very rapid turn around of additional work that needed to be done to repair.

The repair itself looks good. It took a lot longer than we expected and we were cutting it close at the end as to whether it would be done in time for our trip. Also it was scratched up in new places when we got it back.

Told to drop car off on a Friday at 4 and they were closed. Told the car would be ready on 3/27. Received text at 1:15 pm is was ready but repair shop was closed and had to go another weekend without my vehicle.

I think they did an excellent job with the repairs. The windshield looks great. The body work and paint was flawless.

The communication was great overall. They kept me informed every step of the way. The only issue came when I called and asked about how the insurance payment would work and I ended up driving over for nothing and having to come back the next day to pick up my car. That was a little inconvenient.
